Rotary Leadership Institute
What is the Rotary Leadership Institute?

Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) was originally created in 1992 as a grass roots initiative to help Rotarians build their leadership skills. This three-part program with additional graduate sessions is a globally sanctioned program of Rotary International. RLI really should stand for Rotary Learning Institute.

The RLI leadership program consists of three separate, six-hour sessions (Parts I, II and III) and Graduate programs that are completed in sequence. These sessions have proven to help strengthen clubs because participants learn so much about Rotary in a condensed period.

The more Rotarians know about Rotary, the more they will grow professionally, and as Rotarians.

Each Rotary District in the Northeast schedules RLI dates throughout the year. Dates for the upcoming year are released following the annual RLINEA meeting in August.

Please visit rlinea.org for more information on session dates and times.
