The Wallingford Rotary Club, on behalf of District Governor Venu Rao, is honored to host the sixty-third annual Rotary District 7870 “Changing of the Gavel” party and dinner on Monday evening, July 1, 2019, commencing at 5:30 p.m at the LRSH.
The cost of the meal and wine punch bowl is $25.00 per person, payable in advance. There are a limited number of vegetarian (eggplant parm) and pescatarian (salmon) options. Please make payment may be made online or by check made out to Rotary District 7870. Please make your reservation by Monday, June 24, to assist with meal preparation plans. If you want to attend, we want to accommodate you. However, seating at our Little Red Schoolhouse is limited – reply early to assure you will not be left out!

The Changing of the Gavel party gives all Incoming Presidents a chance to start their Rotary year with Incoming District Governor Nancy Russell, and an opportunity to thank and congratulate Outgoing District Governor Venu Rao for all that he has accomplished for the District over the past year. Visiting the Little Red Schoolhouse for this event is an experience that no incoming Rotary Club President should miss.
