In order to lead a Global Grant, a club must become "qualified." The Rotary Foundation imposes two requirements for a Club to become qualified. First, it must sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) attesting it will follow proscribed rules and practices. Second, at least one member of the Club must attend a District-conducted Grant Seminar once each Rotary Year. Grant Seminars are conducted "as required" when clubs express and interest in leading a District Grant. Typically 2-3 times each year. The first such Seminar is conducted on October 29th in Bow NH. An additional seminar will be scheduled as the need arises.
